Around 130 guests including special guests Fynn Hudson-Prentice and Les Lenham enjoyed lunch and today's excellent talk from David Gower in Cow Corner. Entertaining, informative and all in all a lot of fun. A full report will follow in the next Society newsletter.

Having joined you can register for the Geoff Miller lunch by contacting Barbara Eagles : The venue will as usual be The 1st Central County Ground in Hove.
If interested in attending (£35 per person) please message us on the website or contact Barbara Eagles (Barbara eagles202@btinternet.com) by 6th February as bookings for lunch need to be confirmed a week ahead of the event.
Please note : Any cancellation of a booking which is advised to Barbara less than 7 days before an event, will not normally see a payment refunded. (The Society needs to provide the caterers with firm numbers seven days before an event and are charged for that number.) Secondly, parking for Society events - parking in the County Ground may be limited, if you do park in the ground, please call in at Reception / Club Shop to collect a parking permit.
